Here we are staring July in the face and we still struggle weather wise up in the North East of Scotland.  Having just returned from France and London I am definitely having weather envy and wish the Summers here allowed the same level of outside living as our southern friends.  So when the sun does shine in Aberdeen, we have to make the most of it and cram as much outside living into our short sunshine hours as possible.

Since we moved house, we have inherited the largest garden space we have ever had and I have turned to pinterest for some pinspiration on how to make the most of the garden space and ensure we create a family fun outdoor living space.

It will take us some years to create the perfect space, but there are little steps we can take to make the most out of the garden this summer and add to it as each year passes.  So we jumped at the chance to kick off the summer season with Asda outdoors and this almighty 12ft Plum trampoline and accessory pack.

Plum Trampoline Review 2

Perfect for larger gardens, the Plum Magnitude 12ft trampoline (£314) is easy to assemble, if the rain stays away, and you can be up and ready to bounce in a few hours.  As Munch is 4 in August, we made sure we chose something that would take the weight of an adult (purely for supervision you understand!) and with a user weight limit of 19stone, this trampoline fits the bill.  Although in my pregnant state, I’ll have to wait to get a shot!

Munch’s face when she came home from nursery and saw the new addition to the garden was a picture!  I know she will get good use out of it for years to come and I for one can’t wait to join her.

A definite plus point of the Plum Magnitude trampoline is the enclosure which protects from the already well padded and weather resistant spring area, giving us added peace of mind.

The accessory pack (£60) consists of a step ladder, cover and an all important anchor kit, so when our short Summer is over we can protect it from the harsh elements on the North East and be ready to go again next Summer.

We hope to get the most out of our garden this summer and with our latest addition I know there will be many an evening and weekend spent bouncing away.

Disclosure: We were sent the items for the purpose of this post, but all opinions are 100% honest.
