This week I’ve been buying accessories for the office, one of which is cardboard stationery and storage to accent with the monochrome feel. I saw a great photo on pinterest of the combination and thought it looked really stylish and a bit different. I’ll bring colour into the room through pictures, as we have a Ribba picture rail and ever blogger needs inspiration on a shelf!

Marble home decor is cropping up more and more and is a very stylised way to add to any room. White marble especially will suit many home colouring and will be durable against little hands.

Last week we made the decision to tackle the office, so I’ve been looking for storage options for our small office space.
Our office was the original kitchen pantry and is part of the original farm house, so has very sweet low level windows and exceptionally thick granite stone walls. We will be decorating it with geometric wallpaper and white walls to lighten it up.
As it’s a small space, we need storage in spades! I have ordered some great furniture from Ikea, but for those crafty bits, I’m looking for storage that will fit in with the theme of the room and came across this weeks splurge vs save.Continue reading
