This year we’ve done something that we’ve never done before and that’s hit the Scottish Highlands coast. We’ve been working with Parkdean Resorts to help promote the amazing coastline we have in the UK… Rather surprisingly we are only 30-60 minutes drive away from some of the most stunning coastlines Scotland has to offer (and we’ve been missing it all this time!). When we went on our North Coast 500 (ish) adventure, we stopped off in Nairn on the Moray Firth coast and it was so lovely (and so fleeting) we wanted to revisit it and pay it some proper attention.
Nairn is a quaint coastal town in the Highlands of Scotland and boasts to be the driest and sunniest place here too. There is so much to do around the area, from beaches, to rock pools, National Trust, museums and amazing wildlife, so you won’t be stuck for something to do… In fact we struggled to fit it all in!
